The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people to pray for the nation. It was created in 1952 by a joint resolution of the United States Congress and was signed into law by President Harry S. Truman. This day of prayer promotes the need for personal repentance and prayer, and it mobilizes the Christian community to intercede for America’s leaders and its families. This year's theme is “Exalt the Lord who has Established Us.”

Please join me in spending time today in praying for revival and spiritual awakening.
