Hey, church family and friends! Here is some helpful info as we begin to provide ministry for nursery, preschoolers, and children during the 10:45 am worship service.

Date and Time: Starting August 16th newborn through 3 year old classes will be available at our 10:45 service time.

Starting September 6th Children 4 years old through 4th grade classes will be available at our 10:45 service time.

Registration: At this time we are limiting the number of children in each room. This means parents/ guardians will need to complete a registration form online each week to reserve a spot for their children. Registration can be found at rhccs.org in the ministries tab under Nursery/Preschool.

Arriving and Check-in: All families dropping off children for class will enter the side door on the south side (parking lot). Checkin opens at 10:35 am, Checkin will be set up in the hallway to allow social distancing. All children will check-in at the same place (this is different from before). Temperatures will be taken with a touch-less thermometer and recorded for our records.

*If a child has a temperature of 100.4°f or higher they will not be allowed to attend class. * Please do not bring your children if they are not feeling well.

During Worship

Preschool/Nursery: All staff and volunteers will wear masks and have their temperatures checked before entering the class. Children will remain in the same class for the duration of service time. There will be extensive cleaning and sanitizing in between all classes.

K-4th Grade Kids- Kids will meet in the big room and have assigned seats/areas each week with approximately 6 ft. Distancing. Siblings will be allowed to sit together. Children will use the upstairs bathroom as needed one person at a time. We will have interactive activities that allow kids to get up and participate in their assigned space. Our goal here at Redemption Hill is to make this time fun as well as safe for your children as we share GOD’s word with them. Please be patient and understand that these protocols could change. It is our prayer that they will change for the better! If you have any questions you can email our nursery/preschool director, Desiree Walthall, at dwalthall@rhccs.org or our children’s director, Kathy Routt at kroutt@rhccs.org
