NOTE: Due to inclement weather the vote has been postponed to Sunday, February 21.

Ian Mavity has served as part-time worship pastor since February 2018. In the past 3 years, GOD has used Ian in a remarkable way to lead our worship ministry. Recently, I recommended to our Redemption Hill Church family that we call Ian to serve full-time in this ministry capacity. I truly believe it is GOD's timing to make this move.

So, this Sunday our church family will vote on whether or not to call Ian Mavity to be our full-time worship pastor. Everyone will have one of two options to vote.

  1. You can vote online. Go to rhccs.org/vote to cast your vote. You must sign your name in order for your vote to count. You have until 12:30 pm Sunday afternoon to vote.

  2. You can vote in our 9:15 am or 10:45 am worship services. At the conclusion of both services, our deacons will give each member a ballot. Be sure to mark your ballot and sign your name on the back of it. When everyone has voted, the deacons will gather the ballots and count them.

On Sunday afternoon (sometime after 2:00 pm), I will release the decision of our church family. The results will be posted on our social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). If you get the weekly church e-letter, you will receive an special announcement via e-mail. I will also post the results on my blog at rhccs.org.

Join with me in praying for GOD to be honored and glorified through this process.
