Conversations on Leadership Meeting Last Night

I had a great time this past Wednesday night leading a group of leaders to devote 2 hours to discussing and reviewing Dr. John Maxwell’s book, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. It was wonderful to be in a room with people who have a passion to grow as leaders in their marriages, in their families, in their secular workplace, and in the church. The writer of Proverbs reminds us that "iron sharpens iron." Last night's discussion was challenging, informative, high-energy, and spiritually beneficial.

We have selected Simon Sinek’s best-selling book, Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action, as our next book to discuss and review. We will meet Wednesday night, June 7 from 6:00-8:00 pm. If you are passionate about leadership, you desire to allow GOD to sharpen your leadership skills, and see your leadership skills "go to the next level," then I would like to encourage you to join our small group!! Please email me at mroutt@rhccs.org or 719-596-4461. We would love to welcome more leaders to our group!!
