PLAN YOUR VISIT
Frequently Asked Questions
This is my first visit to Redemption Hill Church. What should I expect?
When you arrive, a greeter will welcome you and open the door for you. When you approach the double doors in our main lobby that lead into our worship center, someone will greet you, and direct you to someone who will point out your seats. On Sunday, we have worship services at 9:15 AM and 10:45 AM. Doors open at 9:00 AM and 10:35 AM respectively. Our services last about 60 minutes, are filled with Christ-centered music from our worship band and include a compelling message from God's word. Our Sunday morning Life Groups, previously at 9:00 AM, are currently on hold.
What should I wear?
Wear what is comfortable for you. You'll find everything from business suits to shorts and t-shirts. Redemption Hill does not focus on what you look like or what you wear, but on how the truth of God's word can impact your life.
What if I have kids or students?
Due to COVID-19, we will offer childcare during our 10:45 AM service only. If you decide to come to our 9:15 AM service, we are happy to accommodate children of all ages in our worship services. If a parent needs to take a child out of the worship service, we will have separate rooms available with a live feed of our service. Learn more on our nursery and preschool page.
If you have students (6th - 12th grade), they will join you for worship service. We are offering a video based Life Group for students on our YouTube channel that will be available on Sundays at 9:15 AM that they can watch at their convenience.
How can I keep up with what is happening at Redemption Hill Church?
There are lots of ways to stay connected to what is going on at Redemption Hill Church. One way is by subscribing to our weekly newsletter (you can do so in the footer). Also, we encourage you to download our church app. Finally, be sure to follow us on social media.
I have attended worship, but how can I get more connected?
We encourage you to check out our next steps page to find a number of ways you can get connected or even involved. The best opportunity would be to join a Life Group where you can study the Scriptures, find ways to live out your faith, and share life with others.
I have questions about giving and finances. Who could I talk to about this?
We are committed to financial integrity and transparency. You can find out more about giving options on our giving page. If you have more questions or you would like to speak with someone about matters related to our annual church budget, you can email email@example.com.
I have a few more questions. Where can I get answers?
Do you have small groups or Bible study classes?
Yes. Although in-person groups are currently on hold, we call them Life Groups. We offer a variety of Life Groups to help you grow in your faith. Check out our online schedule to see what virtual options are available at this time.
Do you have ministries for young adults?
Yes. Although it is currently on hold, we have a College and Young Adult Life Group that meets every Sunday at 9:00 AM before our worship services. This group also gets together at other times for fun and fellowship.
Will I be required to wear a mask?
We recommend that masks should be worn in all common areas such as hallways and lobbies. Feel free to remove your mask once you are seated. If you choose not to wear a mask, please be mindful of others who choose to wear one, and for those who may be at risk. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one for you.

Hand sanitizer is available as you enter and exit.
We are asking everyone to observe social distancing when possible.
Our seating is arranged to keep distance between rows. Please keep at least one, but no more than two chairs between families.
