Operation Christmas Child

Build a Shoebox. Give a Child Hope.

Every Christmas season we partner with churches around the globe to send gift-filled shoeboxes to children in disadvantaged parts of the world. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to provide God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Each child that receives a shoebox is given fun gifts along with the life-changing message of the gospel.

Overall Goal for 2021: 200

This year, there are two ways that you can build a shoebox for a child.

1. In-Person

Just like every other year, you can pick up a pre-assembled shoebox at the RHC building before November 15 or provide your own shoebox so you can get involved with this fun ministry opportunity. We will also provide a brochure that outlines the recommended items to include in your shoebox along with other details you need to know. You will also need to include $9 for shipping costs. On November 15, we will collect the shoeboxes of our members during both of our morning services. If you are unable to attend and bring your shoebox(es) to service on that day, just be sure to drop them off before November 15.

2. Online

This year you have the added capability of building a shoebox online. By following the link below you will be taken to our online goal page. From there click the button that says “build a shoebox online now” which will take you through the online process to build a shoebox. For $25, you can select which items are put in your shoebox or even have it automatically select the items for you. By using the link below, your purchase will be added to the total shoebox count for Redemption Hill Church.
